Itinerary
Your story begins on the Giza Plateau, where the pyramids have stood for more than 4,500 years. Walk beneath the Great Pyramid of Khufu and face the Sphinx — a guardian carved from living rock, watching over the desert since the dawn of civilization.
Continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), where Egypt’s ancient world is reassembled on a monumental scale, revealing statues, reliefs, and royal treasures spanning thousands of years of history.
After lunch, fly south to Luxor — ancient Thebes, once the capital of Egypt at its imperial height.
Upon arrival, transfer directly to your Nile cruise and settle in for your first night on the river.

Rise early for a breathtaking hot air balloon ride over Luxor. Watch the sky come alive above temples and fields along the Nile.
On the West Bank, enter the Valley of the Kings, final resting place of Egypt’s most powerful rulers. Explore richly painted tombs carved deep into the desert hills.
Continue to the dramatic Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (c. 1479 BCE), rising in terraces from the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, a lasting symbol of royal authority. Pause at the Colossi of Memnon, twin statues of Amenhotep III that have greeted the sunrise for over 3,400 years.
Cross the Nile to the East Bank and walk through Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex ever built — a forest of columns raised over centuries by generations of kings.

By Darren(United States (US))January 17, 2026 Excellent tour of EgyptWe found the tour to be very interesting and great value. With this tour we felt we saw many of the highlights of Egypt. Obviously, we need more time and do plan on a return trip. The guides were always friendly and knowledgeable. Highlights of our trip were the Balloon ride on the last day and the Horse and Buggy transportation to see some sights.
